Howdy Hey, my name is Chloe Mutzabaugh.

 

 I'm a Freelance digital artist based in the United States who specializes in Animation and Concept Art.​ My work and creative process all takes inspiration from decade-based films and media as well as coming of age based storytelling.

Most of my work doesn't have one primary look or aesthetic, I just like to make quirky characters and the elaborate worlds they reside in.
